- The Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling Lecshine
- Malaysia's Automated Touchless Car Wash Machines and related services. For the Sales Manager position, we are looking for a candidate who can lead, control, and guide the team effectively
- This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving company sales targets.
KEY TASK
- Promote and sell Lecshine car wash machines and service
- Find new customers and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or : related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development (automotive or machinery industry preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Basic understanding of marketing and business trends.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
