Job Description

Responsibilities:



Develop business with new and existing customers. Review potential projects and assess their suitability. Lead RFQ (Request for Quotation) process to provide customers with proposals. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.

Skills:



Strong sales and negotiation skills. Technical knowledge of Semiconductor Process Equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to travel as required.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering. Bilingual in English & Mandarin. Excellent communication skills and enjoys working with people. Resourceful and goal-oriented. 3-5 years of relevant working experience in sales/marketing/business development of Semiconductor Process Equipment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
