Open Position: Sales Manager (MNC Integrated Manufacturing Company) A MNC Integrated Manufacturing company is currently hiring for a Sales Manager to join them in the Johor Office. Key responsibilities include: \xc2\xb7 Possess a Diploma/Degree in any related field. \xc2\xb7 At least 5 years working experience in plastic manufacturing process or its equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify their needs, and ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and launch effective sales campaigns and promotions. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to enhance sales performance. \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership abilities with the skills to inspire and motivate a sales team. \xc2\xb7 Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. \xc2\xb7 Extensive knowledge in using office product such as word, excel, powerpoint, etc. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in English language in both writing and speaking.
