1) Sales Manager - Material/Welding System
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new clients for copper alloy products (raw and semi-finished) and welding system.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Coordinate with logistics and operations for smooth order fulfilment.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in metals or commodities (preferably copper).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Own transport and willingness to travel.
2) Sales Manager - Projects
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage B2B sales opportunities in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
Build relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and project owners.
Identify tenders and participate in bidding processes.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to propose solutions.
Track project pipelines and drive business through project life cycles.
Requirements:
Background in project sales or industrial solutions.
Strong network in infrastructure, construction, or energy sectors.
Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Own transport and willingness to travel.
