About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager to lead our market expansion initiatives in Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth for our window and home improvement products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and customer segments within the Malaysian market.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and brand visibility.
2. Strategic Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as suppliers, distributors, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
Explore and negotiate partnership agreements to strengthen market positioning and sales channels.
3. Lead Generation & Sales Execution
Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of potential clients and projects.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and client engagement.
Convert leads into long-term business relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
4. Negotiation & Contract Management
Manage pricing strategy, quotations, and proposal preparation to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Negotiate terms of sales agreements and contracts in alignment with company policies.
5. Marketing & Branding Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns tailored to local market needs.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote brand visibility.
6. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or market expansion -- preferably in the home improvement, construction materials, curtain track or window/door systems industry.
Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay (written and spoken) preferred.
Self-driven, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel locally as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
