To comply with any other directive/assignments from Senior Management which may be requested from time to time
Support and effectively contribute to all Sales & Marketing Department short- and long-term sales objectives.
Maintains cordial and professional inter hotel relations, supporting all departments in the achievement of all hotel targets and standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in order to maximize room sales.
Provide updated information on market research conducted.
Analyze current and potential market/trends, coordinate all activities to maintain and increase revenue.
Conduct weekly survey and gather intelligence on hotel competitors' product development, offers and promotions (rooms, F&B, C&E), and report findings according to requirements.
Ensure account profiles in Opera S&C are up to date (i.e. contacts, activities, profile details).
Procure new and repeat business by monitoring contact with existing and potential clients from all key sources, e.g. companies, government departments, agencies, commercial houses, private clubs and professional associations within local market.
Support and follow pricing decisions in line with company and property policy.
Interact with potential clients to generate corporate / government business for short and long stay

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
