We are offering a talented individual the opportunity to join our incredible team and get the most of their potential - could it be you Objectives This position is responsible for the successful implementation and management of the Malaysia sales strategies and the attainment of overall sales objectives in SEA. The incumbent will lead, direct and control assigned sales functions to ensure policies, procedures, strategies and activities meet the organization\'s short and long term business objectives for profitable growth. Make an impact Lead, direct and control assigned sales & marketing functions to ensure policies, procedures, strategies and activities meet the organization\'s short and long-term business objectives. Negotiate terms of sales with clients that will maximize the organization\'s business interests. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop the sales team to achieve established sales and profit goals through various sales channels. Establish targets for sales team in areas such as sales volume, market share, margin and business development and monitor the performance of the organization against the goals. Develops, maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the company. Seeks new target customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the company. Monitor competitor sales activities in the country and work to respond to those activities as appropriate to maintain Swisslog\'s position with our customers. Assures accurate forecasting and planning of future demand is obtained from the field and coordinated with all other relevant internal functions to improve overall short and long range planning operations planning. Bring to the team BS degree in engineering, business or related, MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the industry and a proven track record of profitably growing sales revenue in the market. Strong business acumen and solid understanding of business finance and marketing. Proven business success in business analysis, planning and implementation and proven management skills in building and leading effective sales organizations. Demonstrated ability to deliver results both individually and through subordinate teams. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build cross-functional teams and manage complex multitasked activities. Self-starter, socially sensitive, strategic thinking, able to lead projects, strong communicator especially in cross-functional and multi-national environment. Good communication skills including formal and informal presentations both verbal and written. Fluent in English and able to converse simple Mandarin language. Willing to travel both domestically and overseas on short notice.
