Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Petaling Jaya, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting PESTECH ENERGY SDN. BHD. products and services to potential customers. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy industry Demonstrated skills in developing and implementing sales strategies Ability to manage and motivate a sales team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge of electrical power technology and products is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
