Responsibilities
As Sales Manager, you will:
Drive revenue growth across commercial and industrial segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, government agencies, and corporate clients.
Lead high-value negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures.
Represent Hasilwan at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
Provide strategic insights to leadership and collaborate cross-functionally for seamless project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Proven success in B2B sales within solar PV, energy efficiency, or electrical systems.
Strong understanding of Malaysia's renewable energy market and incentive programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Independent, results-driven, and open to nationwide travel.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic knowledge of solar PV/energy systems.
