Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. This role includes developing strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the office furniture segment.

Key Responsibilities:
1.
Sales Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance.
Set clear goals, KPIs, and expectations for all team members.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
2.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability.
Monitor team performance and guide to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
3.
Customer Relationship & Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, architects, designers, and project managers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the office furniture industry.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and service.
4.
Quotation, Proposal Preparation & Negotiation
Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions for clients and projects.
Review and verify team quotations to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with company pricing strategies.
Support and lead negotiations for key accounts or high-value projects.
Ensure proper follow-up and closing of all sales opportunities.
5.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines.
Coordinate with internal departments (Project, Procurement, Finance, Logistics) to support order processing and project delivery.
6.
Steelcase Product Management
Fully handle all matters related to
Steelcase products
, including product knowledge, customer inquiries, and end-to-end sales processes.
Prepare accurate and competitive
quotations
specifically for Steelcase products.
Conduct ongoing
market research
, monitor competitor activities, and identify new opportunities within the Steelcase product segment.
Actively
promote and position Steelcase solutions
to clients, designers, and key decision-makers to increase market visibility and sales performance.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in office furniture or related industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare detailed and accurate quotations and proposals.
Proven sales track record and experience handling key accounts.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
