Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a commercial strategy for selected accounts (including supporting EcoXperts own internal business strategies) and key supply chain members.
  • Actively promote applicable Schneider Electric Digital Power offers with selected customer base, gaining orders, specification and standardisation throughout the supply chain.
  • Establish and implement dynamic sales plan in accordance with Best in Sales (BiS) principles, Personal Sales plan (PSP), Company policy, objectives & strategy.
  • In consultation with line manager, constantly review Critical Power EcoXpert partner list so that the correct balance of partners is maintained (across competencies and target segments).
  • Working with internal colleagues in all Sales, Marketing, Technical and Techno-commercial teams and Countries to ensure effective cross-entity, regional, national and international collaboration.
  • Ensure that customer issues are owned and resolved by the most appropriate owners within the business units.
  • Provide all relevant accurate information and reporting in a timely manner as required by the line manager and feedback to marketing.
  • By working closely with your EcoXpert accounts, develop a pipeline of opportunities in bFO whilst also maintaining partner records using the appropriate company tools.
  • Actively monitor the actions of competitors and provide relevant intel to EcoXpert partners that can support their growth.
  • Manage and keep record of EcoXpert partner competencies and ensure regular check-ins are conducted to ensure any skill gaps are actioned.
  • Drive growth in Delta P, revenue, and orders across the existing EcoXpert partners.
  • Ensure EcoXpert community is kept up to date with Schneider product releases and new innovations.
  • Facilitate training events and workshops for the EcoXpert community to support their knowledgebase.
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships across segment leads and V1s to understand further growth opportunities that can be explored utilising the EcoXpert partners.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent with prior working experience in a similar field would be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years\' experience in technical solution selling.
  • Knowledge of energy management and power quality with history of technical solutions selling such as Energy and Power Quality Management System (EPMS) and Power Quality Mitigating solutions such as Active Harmonic Filter, Electronic VAR Compensation, Dynamic Voltage Restorer and Power Factor Correction.
  • Having contacts and network in Critical Power Industry Segments End Users and Consultant (e.g.: Semiconductor, Utility, F&B, LifeScience, Data Centre, WWW) would be an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
