What you\'ll do:

Responsible for achieving organization sales goals. Develop sales strategies, analyze market trend & customer sales data, increase instore share, sales revenues. Work closely with other departments, as marketing, product team and customer service. Ensure of the sales process are aligned and working efficiently. Work closely with customer shop front staff, update promotion activity, product information and take care merchandiser corner and POSM.

In detail, you will:

  • Monthly review with customer to report on performance versus agreed KPIs, execution of key events and product initiatives, highlighting issues and opportunities.
  • Assists in devising sales plans and strategies, develop forecasts and operating plans for the business.
  • Handle and respond to existing products queries from retailers quickly, effectively, accurately, and analytically customer data.
  • Responsible for dealer trade account receivables, always make sure zero outstanding.
  • Provide market feedback to the Manager regarding movement of goods / competitor activity.
  • Maintain and maximize usage of POSM material and replace the old ones with new.
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships to build strong loyalty and relationship.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Management or Diploma
  • Key Account Management experience. Consumer Goods Marketing or Sales background, preferably in relevant industry
  • Skill with commercial flair, selling skill, negotiation skill, presentation skill & problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently, responsible, discipline and exhibit good teamwork
  • Good social interaction / networking skills
  • Knowledge& skill on computer, world, excel, power point.
  • Able to travel across Malaysia
  • Spoken language: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
