Prepare yearly sales & expense budgets and control sales activities of the Pharmaceuticals & Personal Care Department
Develop effective marketing plans and strategies based on RBU/country strategic maps/ initiatives
Secure new market and new product development, market information and overall business environment
Implement marketing plans and strategies through the sales team and review
Train, develop and lead the sales team to equip them with sound product knowledge, systems, strategy and selling skills
Maintain good rapport and close relationship with A, B and project customers so as to gain clear understanding on customer needs and monitor performance of
all product agencies through regular customer visits
Maintain close communications with Principals, and seek advice on problems relating to product quality and provide information on local market situation
Assure timely submission of call and monthly reports and continual updating of CRM and sample database records
Ensure proper MRP stock planning so as to maintain optimal stock level
Monitor outstanding accounts and ensure collection target is met so as to ensure Company\'s profitability
Source and develop new agencies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\'s Degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical or Medicine related field
At least 5 years of working experience in sales & marketing of pharmaceutical or Personal Care and Household Care related fields
Excellent influencing and communication skills
Leadership quality with attribute in motivating and driving a team of sales personnel
Good business sense/acumen and negotiating skills and good interpersonal skills
