Our Client was established in 1985 and is a leading wholesaler & retailer in Malaysia specializing in HP Printers and Canon Imaging Solutions. Their emphasis is on distributing, selling, servicing, trade-in and renting of advanced multi-functional digital networking imaging and document management systems.

Position: Sales ManagerLocation: Petaling Jaya

• Diploma/ Degree in a relevant field.
• 3-4 years experience in sales of office equipment especially in the printer rental, with a demonstrated ability to successfully lead a sales team.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

• Reporting to the Managing Director.
• Oversees the operations of a company\'s Sales Department.
• Responsible to increase sales and turnover for company.
• Main duties include developing plans for team members to reach sales targets, creating sales reports and building profit estimates for products.
• Manage and exceed or reach the set business targets assigned within certain territories.
• Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets.
• Work to improve the customer base.
• Build and maintain good and lasting relationships with clients.
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

• Remuneration packages: Basic Salary : RM5000
• Allowances : RM1000
• **No commissions, but entitled to profit sharing.
