Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals.
Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base.
Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure client needs are met.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
Track sales metrics and report on performance and progress
Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Study, Mechatronic
Engineering,or related field
Requirements
-More than 3 years experience in related field.
-Own transport and willingness to travel.
-Preferred Chinese is advantages
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
