- At least 2 of working experience in the capacity of a manager. Those with working experience in customer service, PR, mass communication or hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
- Good leadership skills and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills. Able to build strong rapport with parents and staff.
- Communicate, maintain good rapport and provide a good customer service experience to parents/customers.
- Manage and lead the operations of the centre.
