What you\'ll do:As a Sales Manager in the Racking System sector, you will be at the forefront of our client\'s operations. You will provide leadership to a diverse team of sales professionals, overseeing operations both nationally and internationally. Your strategic thinking will guide the development of annual unit and gross-profit plans through the implementation of effective marketing strategies. You will establish sales objectives, forecast annual sales quotas for various regions, and maintain sales volume. Your ability to identify customer preferences will play a crucial role in ensuring customer retention.
  • Provide leadership to the sales team across the country
  • Oversee sales operations within the country and internationally
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analysing trends and results
  • Establish sales objectives and programs by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
  • Identify and analyse customer preferences to ensure customer retention
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing plans, economic indicators, and competitors
What you bring:The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role brings a wealth of experience from the products and services sector. With a Bachelor\'s Degree or higher in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering or Business Law, you have spent seven to ten years honing your skills as a Sales Manager. Your knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Solid Works and Warehouse Management systems will be invaluable in this role. You have a proven track record in the Building Material, Industrial/Retail storage in Industrial Supply, Steel Fabrications/Manufacturing/Trading or MHE Supply sectors. Your strategic thinking, leadership and coaching skills will be key to your success in this role.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, BA, Business Law, Marketing or Economic or any relevant field
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years as Sales Manager in products and services sector with proven track record of positive sales performance
  • Knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD, solid Works & Warehouse Management systems
  • At least 5 years of sales experiences in the Building Material, Industrial/Retail storage in Industrial Supply, Steel Fabrications/Manufacturing/Trading or MHE Supply
