Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
A minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in sales management, with at least 3-5 years in a sales role.
Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Demonstrated success in leading a sales team and achieving significant revenue growth.
Strong track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop team members and improve performance.
Excellent analytical skills to assess sales data, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior management and clients.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales activities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
