About the Role

We are seeking a competitive and trustworthy

Sales Manager/Executive

with strong expertise in the

BIM & AEC industry

to drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals while ensuring long-term revenue growth. Experience in staffing, manpower outsourcing, and deployment projects is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and social media channels. Oversee inbound lead flow, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments. Generate leads within the staffing industry and close manpower outsourcing projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing support, guidance, and solutions. Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and company-branded proposals. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, financial data, and pipeline progress. Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. Negotiate and close business deals while addressing objections or concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery. Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve services.

Requirements

Mandatory experience in the staffing industry and manpower outsourcing/deployment.

Proven track record in

lead generation and end-to-end client management.

Strong knowledge of BIM and AEC industry markets. 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or technical services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations (PPTs). Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to adapt in competitive environments. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of relevant sales experience (staffing industry experience required). Prior experience managing teams is an advantage.
