Responsible for direct portfolio of customers prospects: grow sales, customer calls, generate new project developments/ new accounts.
Work with BU global marketing team, to develop and manage projects for direct customer/MNC customer.
Analyze market needs and propose development strategies (products, distribution networks). Conduct market surveys and develops market intelligence (market trends, competitors)
Give directions and supports to distributors (marketing tools, tech support)
Make good interface between customers/distributors and other functions: tech. service, supply chain, customer service
Contribute to elaborate sales budgets, business plans and ensure good reporting (call reports, claims, sampling follow up)
Prepare/participate in trade shows organize/promotion / technical seminars with customers and distributors
Required Profile
Good business experience in chemical industry, especially in coating, care, construction, ceramic, mineral, paper, water treatment industry
Possess 8 - 15 years\' sales experience and minimum 3 years of regional sales experience
Good communication and listening skills
Knowledge of additives, especially rheology and dispersant
