Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, educational institutions, and relevant organizations. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing campaigns, partnerships, referrals, and networking. Qualify leads and follow up with potential students to provide information and support throughout their decision-making process. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and goals of prospective students. Provide personalized guidance and information about our coding bootcamp programs to help them make informed decisions about their education and career paths. Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales professionals and provide coaching, training, and guidance to ensure their success in meeting enrollment targets. Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment. Market Insights: Stay informed about coding bootcamp trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to position Sigma School\'s programs as the best choice for aspiring tech professionals. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead interactions, and enrollment data. Generate regular reports for the leadership team to track progress and inform strategic decisions. Qualifications Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education or tech industry. Strong understanding of coding bootcamps, online education, and the tech job market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Leadership experience, with a passion for coaching and developing sales teams. Goal-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
