Responsibilities Manage the strategic relationship with key accounts with a long-term perspective as well as grow, develop and expand the market share. Lead the sales team by setting individual sales targets and developing achievable action plans. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas. Projecting expected sales volume for existing and new customers. Implements sales programs by developing growth strategies and action plans. Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping up with current supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs with an increasing client base. Managing and retaining relationships with customers. Perform market research to understand the various targeted industries. Work closely with the products and operations team on pricing and space sourcing with couriers & air freights. Supervise and provide guidance to the sales team by encouraging and leading the team to meet the sales targets. Qualifications Strong communication skills. At least 5-7 years of experience in Air Freight Logistics. Management and leadership skills. Creating and implementing sales plans to achieve the targeted sales goals.
