JOB DESCRIPTION :

responsible for monitoring daily sales activities Effective delegation of work, Oversee day to-day department operation and monitor work performance by ensuring that the sales/marketing team meets their quotas and goals. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Prepare Marketing Plan/campaign (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) for superior approval and monitor results Ability to identify departmental problems, gather information and facts and make final decisions in solving problems then taking actions Prepare department budget, plan strategies and use resources effectively by ensuring not exceed budget Checking Quotation/Event Order prepare by subordinate update sales board monitoring post blasting through whastapp / emails / social media collect and analyzing sales data Screening, Interviewing, Hiring And Training Sales /Marketing Team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
