Job Summary\xef\xbc\x9a

Responsibilities:

• - Identify and qualify customer needs and promote chiller plantroom upgrade or retrofit offerings including chiller and its associated peripherals.
• - Perform site surveys, site assessment and measurements, determine bill of quantity, attend pre-bid walkthrough.
• - Lead and coordinate with stakeholders in preparing project proposals, including product selection, preparing costing and tender submission.
• - Monitor project action progress regularly and meeting company set objectives
• - Manage budget within allocated project cost while maintaining work quality and productivity.
• - Strictly observe company policies and safety regulations for operational efficiency
• - Any other duties as deemed appropriate.

Qualifications:

• - Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Building
• - Min 6 years working experience in HVAC/ACMV industry.
• - Knowledge of different types of HVAC systems and their components
• - Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• - Strong communication and negotiation skills
• - Result-orientated
• - Knowledge/Experience in project sales and management will be an added advantage
