Job Responsibilities
- \xef\xbb\xbfDevelop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Manage the team of sales to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.\xef\xbb\xbf
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
- \xef\xbb\xbfBachelor\'s degree in business administration or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar position.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.\xef\xbb\xbf
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfStrong leadership skills
