What You'll Do
Identify and engage new business opportunities across corporate training, consulting, and development programs.
Build strong client relationships and represent both institution & our subsidiary in meetings and presentations.
Work with internal teams (L&D, Ops, Faculty Partners) to design customized solutions for clients.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups to convert opportunities into wins.
Support branding and visibility efforts through events, networking, and social platforms.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
Annual KPIs
Achieve
annual revenue targets
(individual & team-based).
Secure a defined number of
new client accounts
per year.
Maintain strong
client retention & repeat business rates
.
Ensure timely
proposal-to-deal conversion ratio
.
Actively contribute to
brand visibility
through networking, events, and social engagement.
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement (seniority level depends on experience).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with targets.
Experience in corporate training/HR/L&D sector is an added advantage.
Based in Subang Jaya (willing to travel for client meetings when needed).

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
