Full Account Management
  • Establish relationship with the client\'s Information Technology (IT) and business unit executives as a trusted advisor who will understand their issues, needs, and requirements.
  • Manage client\'s IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensure profit objectives are met.
  • May lead business development teams in identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle from start to finish, particularly in growing the existing business in the account.
  • To engage with authorities, principal, partners, suppliers, in the sales activities on IT services of the Company
  • To ensure sales targets are achieved and to maintain good customer rapport.
  • To monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and market strategy
  • To investigate customer\'s complaints on quality, delivery, service etc and to recommend corrective measures.
  • To present, negotiate and prepare contracts & quotations etc
  • After warranty, follow up on maintenance sales
  • Experience in hospitality(hotels) industry is an added advantage
Tender/Proposal Preparation
  • Assumes the role of bid manager for small requirements.
  • Work closely with bid manager (if assigned) to fulfil tender/proposal requirements, ensures comprehensive solutions with competitive pricing and compelling value proposition.
  • Formulates proposal differentiation by understanding clients\xe2\x80\x99 intention, proposal requirements and our proposed solution.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Commerce or equivalent.
  • Good Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required skill(s): Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to travel & have your own transport.
