Establish relationship with the client\'s Information Technology (IT) and business unit executives as a trusted advisor who will understand their issues, needs, and requirements.
Manage client\'s IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensure profit objectives are met.
May lead business development teams in identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle from start to finish, particularly in growing the existing business in the account.
To engage with authorities, principal, partners, suppliers, in the sales activities on IT services of the Company
To ensure sales targets are achieved and to maintain good customer rapport.
To monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and market strategy
To investigate customer\'s complaints on quality, delivery, service etc and to recommend corrective measures.
To present, negotiate and prepare contracts & quotations etc
After warranty, follow up on maintenance sales
Experience in hospitality(hotels) industry is an added advantage
Tender/Proposal Preparation
Assumes the role of bid manager for small requirements.
Work closely with bid manager (if assigned) to fulfil tender/proposal requirements, ensures comprehensive solutions with competitive pricing and compelling value proposition.
Formulates proposal differentiation by understanding clients\xe2\x80\x99 intention, proposal requirements and our proposed solution.
Requirements:
Possess at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Commerce or equivalent.
Good Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill.
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Required skill(s): Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
