Position Overview
This role is designed for leaders who want to build their own team, create long-term growth, and achieve financial independence. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading sales representatives, while actively contributing to company growth through events and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage new sales representatives.
Provide training and mentorship to develop sales and leadership capabilities.
Lead and coordinate sales activities, including roadshows and promotional events (some events may require personal investment).
Drive individual and team performance to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Develop strategies to strengthen customer relationships and market presence.
