We're growing fast and looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive adoption of our enterprise AI platform,

Glem.ai

, across Malaysia and oversea markets.

Your Role



As Sales & Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving enterprise adoption of AI. Report directly to our CEO, this is a high-impact role where you'll own the

full sales cycle

from prospecting and strategic pitching to negotiating and closing while significantly exceed your sales targets.

You will work closely with our product, strategy, and engineering teams to shape client solutions and our product roadmap. Your work will directly fuel our clients' success as they adapt to the future of work, and as they grow, so will you.

What You'll Be Doing:



Enterprise Sales & Business Development:

Prospect, pitch, and close enterprise clients in Malaysia and selected international markets, ensuring we reach and exceed revenue target.

Pipeline Growth:

Drive outbound sales (calls, outreach, referrals, events) to build and convert a quality pipeline.

Collaboration Across Teams:

Share client feedback, industry trends, and opportunities with the product and marketing team to shape product positioning, marketing, and UI/UX decisions. Partner with the Engineering team to deliver strategic, customer centric AI solutions.

GTM Strategy:

Support GTM strategy refinement and participate in initiatives that drive business growth.

Sales Operations & Forecast:

Support invoicing and payment follow-up. Ensuring accurate and data-informed pipeline and sales performance reporting.

Knowledge Sharing:

Participate in team learning, mentor juniors and contribute your expertise to collective BD knowledge.

Others:

Adapt to evolving priorities and perform any other reasonable duties to support overall business objectives as needed.

You'll be fit if you have:



5+ years in B2B

sales/business development. Experience in

Branding or Marketing

. Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Hunter mentality -

hungry, love prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.

You'll be a Strong fit if you have:



Proven success selling SaaS, or enterprise software. Exposure to consultative selling/ value-based selling. Experience in leading a team.

Compensation & Benefits



Base salary:

up to RM9,000/month (depending on experience).

Uncapped commission: P

erformance-based commissions with uncapped earning potential.

Post probation:

Minimum Leave Policy (uncapped leave more than 16days), flexi-benefits (GP,health-screening/optical/dental), medical insurance.
