Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager-Travel Agent segment at Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales tasks, including promoting and selling hotel rooms and service units, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies.

Strong Travel Agent database & production Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Experience in the hospitality industry Knowledge of the local Malaysian market and industry trends Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Good organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
