As a growing company, we are seeking a Sales Manager who is hands-on, strategic, and driven by results. The ideal candidate has a proven record of achieving sales below RM10 million in an SME environment.

We're looking for someone who:

Comes from the

Wellness, Health, or FMCG

industry, with a strong understanding of both

online and offline sales channels

(e-commerce, retail, events, distributors, etc.). Has

end-to-end sales experience

-- from planning and strategy to execution, follow-up, and closing. Is comfortable doing

executive-level work

-- not limited to desk strategy but actively engaging with customers, partners, and the sales team. Demonstrates

strong ownership and accountability

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Manage and grow existing channels -- e-commerce, retail, exhibitions, vending machines, and distributors. Develop new partnerships and opportunities to expand brand reach. Mentor and guide junior sales team members through example and action. Track and report sales performance with accuracy and discipline.

Preferred Experience:

5-8 years in Sales or Business Development within FMCG/Wellness industries. Exposure to SMEs with turnover below RM10 million. Strong understanding of modern trade, key account management, and digital commerce.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
