Position 1: Assistant Sales Managers/Sales Managers (Oil & Gas, Energy Sectors- Automation/Process Control Systems/Power Systems) Bursa PLC





oDrive sales initiatives for the company's products and services in

Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.



oIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation

oProviding sales support to the team, including preparing sales proposals, managing customer relationships, and closing deals

oAssisting with the development and execution of sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed targets

oMonitoring and analysing sales performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements

oCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

oMentoring and supporting more junior members of the sales team

oStaying up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity

Preferences



oDiploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or relevant fields.

oAt least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field , preferably within the oil and gas, energy or a related industry

oProven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

oStrong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

oAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

oExcellent time management and organisational skills

Position 2: Business Development Managers/Sales Managers (B2B Industrial Sales- Instrumentation/Metrology/Calibration/Automation/Machinery & Equipment)



Role Overview



We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Manager -Marketing & Sales with experience in technical industrial sales. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/solutions in Malaysia, managing customer relationships, and supporting business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the Instrumentation or industrial sector. Achieve sales targets through direct client engagement. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal technical / Calibration teams to deliver customized solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management. Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional activities in the region.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering an advantage 5-15 years of proven experience in technical industrial sales (preferably in Instrumentation, machinery, equipment, or automation industries). Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain industrial products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and handle sales responsibilities in Malaysia. Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings and business development.

Position 3: Business Development Managers/Sales Managers- Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)/Semiconductor Industry



BASIC FUNCTION



To plan, direct and evaluate the activities for Sales and Marketing both for the existing customers as well as the potential ones. With the end-in view of expanding the Company's customer base, both here and abroad, and ensuring market competitiveness. Exposures in Electronics manufacturing services (EMS)

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Develop, direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of the company for new business even with existing customers. Carry out market research for possible source of inspection business especially in automotive industry, logistics and sub-assembly. Build and maintain key relationships to accomplish market objectives as well as targeting and securing new businesses for the company in accordance with the agreed business plans. Drives all business development initiatives in the identification of new opportunities, markets, partnerships or alliances and collaborates with operations and technical personnel to identify, drive and develop new service capabilities to ensure that customer sensitivities are downloaded properly to meet direct and end customers' needs. Collaborates with other business unit's reference to strategic partners in project negotiation, pricing strategies and project realization as applicable. Monitors, reviews and analyses project progression to maximize the financial and business performance. Conduct regular market scanning to identify trends, opportunities and threats in the market as inputs to planning Ensure customer satisfaction by initiating coordination meetings with concerned Departments and customer representatives to tackle pressing problems and issues. Updates customer with the latest developments about the Company. Maintains and adheres to appropriate sales metrics and business requirements set forth by management to include daily phone time, new prospect development, and maintains and enhances customer relationships. Develop concepts for the Company's marketing paraphernalia such as brochures, power point/video presentations, newsletter and etc. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices and monitor accomplishment of monthly sales targets and analyze results. Consistently maintains and accurately update the General Manager. Interface with customer with regards to contract negotiation and provision of quotation of company services. Perform customer satisfaction surveys, analyze data and come out with strategies to continuously improve customer service and perception. Arrange and attend regular meeting to ensure that all sales and client-related activities and issues are raised and discussed for appropriate action. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Learns, understands and remains current on market conditions including, but not limited to, customer/vendor base and their availabilities and requirements, pricing and competitive alternatives.

Preferences



Degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/Sales & marketing or its equivalent Similar capacity with 8- 10 years' experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Semiconductor industry is an advantage. The interested applicants should have excellent communication skills - both in speaking and writing. The candidate must have an analytic mind for marketing the services and implement fresh marketing strategies in selling the services of the company. Must document the sales related activities on a regular basis. Able to work independently under fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines. Excellent customer service skills and team player attitude

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
