Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Johor Bahru, Klang, and Penang (3 vacancies)

With a solid commitment to excellence, they provide comprehensive freight services to clients nationwide and beyond. They seek dynamic and experienced Sales Managers to lead their sales team in 3 key locations: Johor Bahru, Klang, and Penang.

Job Scope: As a Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in driving business growth and expanding your customer base. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sales Expertise: Utilizing your extensive experience in the transportation and logistics industries, you will lead the sales team and drive revenue growth through cold-calling, prospecting, and securing new accounts.
• Business Development: Demonstrating a proven track record of business expansion, you will identify opportunities to grow the company\'s market share and revenue streams.
• Decision-Making: Making informed and quick business decisions to adapt to the ever-changing logistics landscape.
• Supervision: You will supervise and train sales team members, ensuring their success in meeting sales targets.
• Organizational Skills: Utilizing your outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively, you will multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry, with a successful track record of selling freight services.
• Location: Willingness to work in Johor Bahru, Penang or Port Klang
• Profit Generation: Demonstrated ability to generate above-average profit for the company, specifically focusing on cargo shipping in the logistics industry.
• Age: Below 40 years old.
