Network marketers apply various marketing strategies, including network marketing strategies to sell products and convince new people to also join in and start selling these products. They use personal relations to attract customers and sell various types of products. +Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategies. +Responsible for managing client\xe2\x80\x99s account and maintain good relationship with client with regular visits +In charge with exploring new client opportunities, research in market conditions and generate sales data analysis, sales budget plans and sales report +To monitor and support clients after sales activities What will you be doing? 1. You will sell the ALL the company\'s products to companies and business owners across Klang Valley & other states of Malaysia. 2. Identify, plan, and manage your own sales pipeline to achieve the target 3. Manages customers and budget base; pursues and secures business in line with the company\'s objectives. 4. Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential customers. 5. Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base. 7. Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers. Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials. 8. Researches and analyses competitive and industry trends. Discovers and explores business opportunities. 9. Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality. Requirements: - Proven working experience as a business development manager, preferred 3-5 years working experience in the payment card industry. - Having in-depth payment card business (both traditional and innovative) market knowledge. - Proven ability to negotiate - High-level communication skills - Experience working to and exceeding targets - Good business sense - Communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build rapport with corporate managers and business owners. - Time management and planning skills
