We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven

Sales & Marketing

to promote our resort's rooms, packages, and events. This role comes with a basic salary

plus commission

, rewarding high performers with attractive earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute sales & marketing strategies to increase bookings and revenue. Promote resort packages, events, and services to individuals, companies, and travel agents. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up with potential clients. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the resort's growth.

Requirements:

Experience in sales/marketing, preferably in hospitality or tourism. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Good networking and customer service skills. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality is an advantage.
