Description Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Greet and welcome all our showroom customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and upkeep showroom in a clean, tidy and presentable manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Introduce and explain our product features to customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide customer service on the selling floor, housekeeping and window display. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in preparing invoices and other relevant documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure good customer relationship with all our customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to and record any inquiry and complaints from the customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to customers at cashier counter as a relief cashier as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Display/replenish our company products in the Showroom shelf to attract the customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 You shall follow the first-in/first out principle (FIFO) while arranging our products to reduce expired stock and market returns. \xe2\x80\xa2 To work together with your superior and other staff for better quality of the work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other tasks as instructed by your supervisor or management from time to time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have complete dose covid-19 vaccine
