• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to grow revenue
• Servicing existing customers, generate and develop new customer accounts, follow-up and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Identify customers\' need and business objectives and plan suitable recommendation to help their growth and increase sales
• Liaising with management and take charge of the marketing department
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company
• Handle customer enquiries or complaints promptly,investigate problems and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction and whenever necessary, make recommendation to the management
• Liaise with sales team, production and any other related departments to ensure smooth company\'s operation
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
