Job Description
Responsibilities:1) Customer Service:
- Manage customer enquiries on our online platforms (Website, Shopee, Lazada, FB, IG, Tik Tok)
- Handle WhatsApp, email and call in customer queries.
- Do TikTok content together with a Live Host if required
- Assist with setting up and shooting online content
- Prepare equipment and cooking ingredients for both online shoots and offline events.
- Assist in preparation, setting up and attending offline booth events to promote our products.
- Coordinate with sampling promoters to enhance product outreach.
- Research and identify potential affiliates and online sellers/agents to expand our market reach.
- Help to find and coordinate with sampling promoters.
- Assist marketing team in scheduling social media posts and engaging with followers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service focus.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
- Able to travel if required.
- Basic administration skills.
- Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent.
