Our client\'s ecosystem will provide common medical services and products to improve the level of medical care and making private healthcare more accessible in Southeast Asia. They are also utilizing Generative AI, amongst the first globally, and introducing cutting edge medical technologies and devices into the market.
Our client is seeking a motivated, dynamic and results-driven professional as Sales & Marketing Associate Manager who can drive growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. The role will be rewarding in terms of personal growth and potentially rapid career development being part of a health-tech platform company like no other.
Responsibilities
1. Team Management:
\xc2\xb7 Recruit, train, and supervise a team.
\xc2\xb7 Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
\xc2\xb7 Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
2. Sales & Marketing Strategy:
\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote our platform and convert potential users into active users.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Brand Awareness:
\xc2\xb7 Take full accountability for the success of event/activities/campaigns related to our platform.
\xc2\xb7 Plan and execute promotional activities increase brand awareness.
