Collect and analyze customer data from multiple sources (app/website, CRM, email/SMS, loyalty programs)
Monitor and evaluate distributor/retailer order performance and KPIs on a monthly basis
Segment users based on behavior and engagement to support targeted campaigns
Track and analyze campaign performance (retention, churn, ROI)
Collaborate with the marketing team and director to optimize customer journey and engagement strategies
Provide insights to enhance targeting, content and overall marketing strategies
Assist in assessing loyalty program performance and user satisfaction
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields (eCommerce, Fintech, SaaS, etc.)
1-2 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or data analytics (Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are encouraged to apply)
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is an added advantage
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or CRM/email marketing platforms
Good understanding of marketing strategic
Strong analytical mindset with interest in customer behavior, distributor/retailer performance, and KPI monitoring
Ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights
Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
