1. To undertake all marketing, business development, sales promotion, and sales related activities for Master Jaya Group to achieve a leading position for Master Jaya in Malaysia and Asean countries.
2. To promote and introduce Master Jaya services to all manufacturing and process industries in Malaysia, and to fix appointments to see clients.
3. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company services and products. Present periodical reviews pertaining to reports on sales and financial data to Director.
4. Negotiating contracts and packages aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets.
5. To solicit, generate and create genuine trade enquiries and requirements from all existing and potential clients.
6. To submit and follow up on quotations until order is received.
7. To establish and build very close rapport and relationship with DOE and DOSH, MATRADE, MIDA, Trade Embassies, Trade Associations, SEDC and State Government officers and to seek trade enquiries and member lists.
8. To collect competitive information, catalogues, prices from the market and feedback to Management.
9. To carry out telemarketing calls to new and existing customers with an aim to gather and create more enquiries so that firm quotations can be submitted.
10. To handle incoming enquiries, complaints, after sales service
11. To maintain close contacts and build better customer relationship with all clients.
12. To participate in seminars, conferences, talks and business opportunity networking sessions in order to meet potential clients and introduce our company, services & products.
13. To participate in Trade Fairs and Exhibitions to promote Master Jaya.
