Assist manager of Sales & Marketing Division to coordinate company's Sales and marketing functions.
To expand company's business in Malaysia and overseas.
To prepare marketing proposals and make sales presentation to clients or prospective customers.
To coordinate sales and marketing activities between customers and engineering team.
To handle customer complaints.
To develop and maintain successful customer relationships.
To maintain and update clients' profile.
Analyze, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.
Other duties and responsibilities assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing from any recognized institutions.
Knowledge of contracting and negotiation.
Possesses at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in related field.
Good command of English and ability to speak Japanese is an added advantage.
Good communication, excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to travel and possesses own transport.
