Job Description
Handle sales administration and credit control function \xef\x81\xb6 Monitor, plan and organize advertising and promotion of property sales \xef\x81\xb6 Monitors and follow ups on specific tasks and project deliveries \xef\x81\xb6 Conduct market survey and feedbacks on latest market trend \xef\x81\xb6 Knowledge in preparation of digital content (photography, simple video editing, visual design) will be an added advantage \xef\x81\xb6 Participate in sales preview, launches, roadshow, events and other related matters \xef\x81\xb6 To follow up and liaise with purchasers, lawyers and bankers
