Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO/SEM strategies.
• Experience managing and growing social media presence across various platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients and partners.
• Ability to contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Cheras.

Responsibilities

• Implement digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, email, and search engines, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Manage and update the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with followers to build a strong online community.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing materials and sales tools that support their efforts and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring IT is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO/SEM).
• Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage and promote the company's brand.
