Mn Nas Rana Enterprise is a construction company based in Subang Jaya, specializing in

steel work, roofing, painting, renovation, plumbing, and transportation services.

We are looking for an

experienced Sales & Marketing Executive

with a strong background in the

construction industry

to help expand our client base and project portfolio.

Education Requirement

Minimum

Diploma / Certificate

in Marketing, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.

Bachelor's Degree

in Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related area is an advantage. Candidates with strong

construction sales experience

will be given priority even without tertiary education.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's construction services. Identify and approach potential clients (contractors, developers, factories, and individual owners). Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle pricing negotiations. Work closely with the operations/project team to ensure successful project delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing, new clients and potential clients. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience

in

construction sales, renovation, or building materials.

Good knowledge of steel structure, roofing, plumbing, or painting works is an advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Possess own transport (car or motorcycle). Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 (depending on experience) Attractive commission: 5% - 10% based on project value

Working Hours:

Monday - Saturday
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
