5 days work, Monday to Friday

Tanggungjawab
To explore and identify new potential customers;
To actively follow up on queries and providing feedback to customers in a timely manner;
Effectively handling the existing client base (general customer service assistance and dealing with issues and complaints);
To coordinate with the respective team to ensure timely delivery;
To create a good rapport with customers, maintaining and retaining existing customers;
To entertain queries, advising clients, provide close follow up and ensure follow through with customers on sales and all relevant matters;
To achieve the monthly and yearly sales target;
To monitor on the collection of payments; and
To perform cold calls and follow-up leads to create new business opportunities.
