Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Description
-To oversee sales and marketing aspect of the day to day transactions, and process to ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy. -Formulate, organize and develop marketing/promotion activities -Update and manage social media profiles -Provides recommendations on training and development, planning of subordinates. -To liaise with marketing agents / lawyers / bankers / clients to accomplish task given -Handle complaints, suggestions and issue on sales -To manage, update relevant data to Housing Ministry (i.e. updating 7f report quarterly) & NAPIC - To apply for Developer licence & Advertising Permit -To ensure ADL/EF line are open & quota is sufficient for buyer\'s loan application.
