Job Description

Responsibilities:-\xc2\xb7 Prepare and execute pre-planned advertising and promotional programme or activities.\xc2\xb7 To help to generate sufficient sales leads from efficient marketing strategy planning.\xc2\xb7 Assist in developing A&P materials accordingly.\xc2\xb7 Source for suitable suppliers and quotations.\xc2\xb7 Prepare marketing budget report and closely monitor marketing budget to ensure no overspend of marketing fund.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and continue timely update on sales-kits and relevant marketing collaterals.\xc2\xb7 Prepare documents required for application of DL & AP. Ensure timely update on government require documents such as 7F, NAPIC and etc.\xc2\xb7 Assist in developing effective marketing survey and competitors study.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and analyse post mortem report for event or roadshow.\xc2\xb7 Involve in product planning and development.\xc2\xb7 Attend to customer feedback on level of satisfactory on product and services provided.\xc2\xb7 Assist sales team to attend to sales enquiries when it is required.Requirement:-\xc2\xb7 Must possess Bachelor Diploma, Advance Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management / Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing working experience in property development related industry.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in written or verbal in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.\xc2\xb7 High computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications.\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and with good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skill.\xc2\xb7 Team player with strong initiative, be creative, mature personality and pleasant personality.\xc2\xb7 Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.\xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel and work during weekends or public holidays.\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge in property development is an added advantage.\xc2\xb7 Preferable Executive specialising in Property / Real Estate or equivalent.
