JOB DESCRIPTION

• To assist Marketing Team in business development and marketing strategy.
• Liaise with existing customers and performing research and identifying new potential customers and market opportunity, ensuring sales pipelines is healthy.
• Set up sales meetings and introduce company products to potential customers/ distributors.
• To develop a strong understanding of the company\'s business including customer profile, store, and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities.
• Prepare quotation to customer, follow up quotation and process order.
• Prepare and submit weekly customer meetings and market report to management.
• To work closely with production planning team and customer on order processing and delivery schedule.
• Product education to customer.
• Resolves customer\'s issue or complaint (if any) by investigating problem, developing solution and recommendation to management.
• Well communication with team members (work as a team, sharing best practice, market information and feedback)
• Other ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or any field.
• At least 2 years working experience in sales and marketing (preferable from Food Industry background)
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Malay.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated and discipline.
• Proceed own transportation.
• Computer skill (Microsoft Office, Email)
• Able to work in cross functional and cross-cultural environment.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Port Klang.
• Full time position available.
