Job Responsibility

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of the local property market in Malaysia, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences. Identify potential areas for growth and opportunities to increase Short-Term Rental\'s market share.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with property owners, real estate agencies, property management companies, and other relevant stakeholders in Malaysia. Negotiate and manage agreements and contracts to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship with partners.
• Identify potential hosts and property listings that align with Short-Term Rental\xe2\x80\x99s standards and target market. Educate and onboard hosts on Short-Term Rental\'s platform, policies, and best practices to optimize their listing and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing hosts, property owners, and property management companies. Provide ongoing support, address concerns, and offer solutions to improve their Short-Term Rental hosting experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and management, to provide insights and feedback on the local market\'s needs and preferences. Contribute to the development of new features, initiatives, and localized strategies to enhance Short-Term Rental \'s offerings in Malaysia.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as host acquisition, property bookings, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction metrics. Generate regular reports and provide insights to management regarding market trends, performance, and potential areas for improvement.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for hosts and partners to enhance their knowledge of Short-Term Rental\'s platform, host best practices, and industry trends. Act as a resource person to address questions, provide guidance, and troubleshoot issues related to property listings and guest experiences.
• Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay updated on industry trends, establish connections with key stakeholders, and promote Short-Term Rental\'s brand and services.
